No! iknowla is designed to work with natural language. While you can use optional syntax like @collection and #tags for manual organization, the AI handles most of the categorization automatically. Just write naturally, and iknowla takes care of the rest.

iknowla supports text notes, URLs with automatic metadata extraction, images with AI analysis, and file attachments. The Creator plan supports text, images, and URLs, while the Enterprise plan adds support for additional file types. All content is automatically processed, categorized, and connected.

iknowla leverages OpenAI's GPT-4o for text, image, and multimodal processing, with optional access to OpenAI O1 for complex reasoning tasks when needed. We implement these through the Vercel AI SDK with structured response handling and tool calling capabilities.

• Free "Explorer": $0/month, with limits of 200 entries and 3 collections
• Plus "Creator": $8.88/month or $88/year (save 17%), with unlimited entries and collections
• Enterprise: Custom pricing for organizations, with team collaboration features and advanced capabilities

Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time, and the new features will be immediately available. You can also downgrade your plan, which will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Any collections or entries you've created will remain accessible based on your new plan's limits.

On the Free plan, you'll be notified when approaching your entry or collection limits. You can delete or archive collections to free up space, or upgrade to a paid plan for unlimited usage. For AI usage limits, you'll receive notifications when approaching your daily limit.
